An alert has been issued for a suspect for a reported bank robbery on Saturday.
Connecticut State Police say that a white male suspect between 25 and 30 years old showed a teller a note demanding cash at the People’s United Bank at 1092 Killingly Commons Drive in Killingly just before 4 p.m.
The suspect fled the store after receiving an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
He is described as being 5-foot-10, with a medium to large build and was wearing a red and white sweatshirt, jeans, dark glasses and a white baseball hat.
